The Governance of Setheum works like this. Because The Setheum Jury is more of a Shura Council than a Jury as per my plans, since Setheum's governance system is a multicameral system but more of a bicameral syste, where the General Council and the Shura Council have almost identically the same governance parameters and do pretty much little work except from if it had to do with runtime upgrades, treasury disbursement et al.. but the Shura Council uses the Islamic Finance approach to govern while the General Council uses the general approach to govern. This is how Setheum's governance works.
