Added numerical anlysis

Added a numerical analysis (חישוב נומרי) section and adjusted some things to fit it inside 4 pages*.

*Are you sure the quarter-page footer is necessary? I mean, I didn't remove it but still.

It's good, but:

• I tend to explain how stuff works, rather than adding code (it's good though, maybe I'll change some stuff later on).
• Numerical analysis isn't a part of the course for this year. For that reason, I'll merge that only after the tests will be done, for future use.

Now the course is done, this year they'll probably need this. I don't have time to edit it so just solve the conflicts and I'll merge it.
