Updated openai package from v0.28 to v1. All changes tested.
Only problem should be in this colab notebook at gorilla/openfunctions/openfunctions-v1/README.md where the chat completion endpoint of http://luigi.millennium.berkeley.edu:8000/v1 should accept the name "tools" instead of "functions" in the ChatCompletionRequest which is detailed in the Setting Up Your Local Server part of the same readme.
