Added lazy loading! Dramatically improves RAM efficiency (mine never goes above 400mb, when it used to takes 5gb+ loading huge folders!) and responsiveness

Will autoplay video files on hover - generally loading video files is a bit cpu intensive - I haven't quite figured out a way around this...
