UI issues with dashboards in air-gapped environments

Bug description

In an air-gapped environment with no internet connection, the panels on the dashboard look broken.
I'm guessing it's because I can't get the css or js file to download from the internet.

Expected behavior

Panels in the Dashboard look normal and when resized, graphs should scale appropriately to fit the panel size

How to reproduce

1. access self-hosted signoz in an environment without external internet access
2. go to the Dashboards menu
3. select hostname in the HostMetrics Dashboard
4. the panel shows multiple values overlapping and when you resize the panel, the graph moves down and is not visible in the panel

Hi, I want to support this issue. I'm experiencing similar problems with the dashboards in my air-gapped environment. Is there a way to host the necessary CSS and JS files locally to resolve this?

Any update here ? This also causes massive delays waiting for timeouts when loading the frontend in air-gapped environments.
