Auto reload case sensitive

Bug Description

When using the auto reload. The recipients need to be in proper case.

Expected Behavior

Send the message to the player even without the proper case from their username.

Steps to Reproduce

auto reload:
	recipients: "limeglass"

But this works

auto reload:
	recipients: "LimeGlass"

I believe the issue originates at this line:

Skript/src/main/java/ch/njol/skript/structures/StructAutoReload.java

Line 211 in eae1f09

.filter(p -> recipients.contains(p.getName()) || recipients.contains(p.getUniqueId().toString()))

If we replace the existing filter with the following, the problem should be resolved .filter(p -> recipients.stream().anyMatch(r -> r.equalsIgnoreCase(p.getName())) || recipients.contains(p.getUniqueId().toString()))

Yes, that should fix it. You could also just toLowerCase() everything prior to adding it to recipients/using contains. It may be better performance-wise, but it's minor either way.
