This is the sample dataset consisting of MRI images for 2 cases from the QIN-PROSTATE-Repeatability collection:

  • prostate_repeatability.zip: unprocessed DICOM files
  • prostate_repeatability_mpReview.zip: DICOM files pre-processed for loading into mpReview module
  • prostate_repeatability_manifest.txt: manifest of the DICOM files included - gcs_url can be used to retrieve files from NCI Imaging Data Commons
