Fixes the following issues: - Call to `spi_flash_get_id()` hangs in application code - ROMs must be located below 1M Both due to SDK implementation of `Cache_Read_Enable_New()` which requires a variable to be set to 0 at startup. Also, `system_os_post` must be in IRAM.

Also,
