This PR updates the Graphics library which now has a basic graphical layout editor. There are also a few fixes:

Add sourceOffset parameter to ReferenceObject. Supports drawing part of image, for example.
Flatten resource compiler directory structure
Fix incorrect font size calculations
Use raw strings for regex. Fixes python warnings about invalid escape sequences
Support dynamic virtual display resizing
