New measurement simulator in Python. Requires the previous demo I created for device creation. I placed it on a separate folder, and you will need to check out both and leave in same folder hierarchy to work. I'll leave it to your discretion on how you want to structure it in the end.
Note: I also modified the original demo script slightly for the better.
