apache#7924) When alternate eviction logging takes place, we retrieve the URL. Under some circumstances the internal members of the request were invalid. This change sets a flag on the request to ensure the members are valid when the URL is printed.
This adds a negative revalidating test for a chunk encoded response. This functions as a regression test for apache#7880.
This has changes from `make autopep8` and dos2unix.
