Remove GPPConfig

As part of migrating from CCPA to USNat, we're removing the GPPConfig since USNat campaigns control their GPP flags in portal.

Looking at this pr, it seems that the include data object has a GPPData always true, no config needed anymore, this means it will look like this:

That's correct @carmelo-iriti , now GPPData is always true.
