What steps did you take and what happened:

In the current state of the repo, there are too many dependency dashboards created by the bot. We want to have only one to track the dependencies that are yet to be updated.

What did you expect to happen:

• Only one central dependency board should be there.

Anything else you would like to add:
[Miscellaneous information that will assist in solving the issue.]

• We tried pinning the dependency board to avoid this issue but it still persists as of now.
