Nxs-backup with some extensions

This version allows:

• external SMTP (SSL, TLS) mail sending
• s3fs access configuration and custom s3 endopoints
• successful jobs execution email
• pip installation (pip install https://github.com/Sovetnikov/nxs-backup/archive/master.zip)
