I have the Qgis 2.18.28 and before the toolkit was working just fine. now all of a sudden I can't see the network segmenter in the toolkit! I would appreciate it if you could provide some information on how to fix this issue!

The network segmenter tool is not part of the public release of the SST.

As I understand it, that tool has been under development and exists as a prototype only. Space Syntax Ltd has been developing it, and it hasn't been integrated in SST and released yet.

Please note that there are issues #176 #172 that report that graph analysis is not working correctly in versions of QGIS above 2.18.18, such as 2.18.24 or 2.18.28. Check the relevant issues for discussion and solution.

Thank you for replying so soon!
I have figured that the segmenter tool has to be installed separately.
About the Qgis version, I have installed Qgis 2.18.18 and the SSX toolkit and some other plugins report a python error when I try to install/reinstall them.
I have worked with 2.18.28 before and it seemed fine. Do you still suggest I go back to 2.18.18 and try to fix the errors?
