Publish to NPM?

I wanted to make webpack use an updated version of it, but I cannot, since it is has not been yet published. Can you publish a release to npm?

Sorry for delayed reply. It was published under the next dist tag under version 1.0.0-0 in April 2017 (https://www.npmjs.com/package/querystring-es3/v/1.0.0-0). It still needs thorough testing before it's ready to be upgraded in webpack/browserify. Any help with testing would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
