Description

Removes some recommended extensions that are either unnecessary for working on BloodHound or no longer required

Motivation and Context

This PR addresses: BED-5494

Why is this change required? What problem does it solve?

Good hygiene of recommendations ensures devs aren't shown a lit of extensions that isn't strictly necessary

How Has This Been Tested?

see how your change affects other areas of the code, etc.
