Prior to this commit the GitHub Action was just printing "Hello world".
Prior to this commit the README still contained the content from the template Container Action[1] that this repo was generated from. Also added a `CONTRIBUTING.md` [1] https://github.com/actions/container-action/blob/main/README.md
