A few fixes to some lht commands.

help command

• Now has information about the delete command
• Updated information about create git-local

delete command

• Added alias rm

create command

• Added aliases init and mk
• Added git-local argument to ignore the local history file in .git/info/exclude
  • This was previously referenced in the help command as gitlocal, however this previously did not function at all
