See #80 for a rationale (as if).

The initial draft implementation will provide a purely cosmetic implementation, with the following features:

Label turtle via anvil or right clicking with name tags
Dye turtle via crafting or right clicking with dyes.
Equip turtle upgrades on the left/right.
Random turtle hearts.
Turn upside down when labelled "Dinnerbone" or "Grumm" (need to do this for items too).
Recipes.
