Add testing infrastructure

The project currently lacks a testing framework. This is critical for long-term maintenance.

For Unit & Component Testing: We can Install Jest and React Testing Library and write tests for reusable components.

For End-to-End (E2E) Testing: We can Install Playwright or Cypress to test critical user flows (e.g., navigation, page rendering).
