Add resource deletion capabilities

While this is a capability that I wouldn't use in production, it's very handy to debug local setups. So let's have the option

I was just curious if there is a way to mandate requiring user-approval while calling certain tools on the server side, or is this completely client dependent? Basic search did not show much on this question.

eg. If in my MCP client I've switched off the "always ask before running tool" option, this could potentially be destructive.

It's client dependent, unfortunately. If you think this is too destructive, we can have a flag explicitly for this. Wdyt?

Seems ok to hide both "apply" & "delete" behind the read-write flag for now, but can be considered as a future enhancement.
