Updates to onboarding process

Updates strings used on onboarding screens
Increases study IDs to minimum 6 characters
Switches to ResearchKit consent as SpeziOnboarding cannot yet accomodate multiple forms or exporting longer forms (see issues Support storing multiple signed consent documents StanfordSpezi/SpeziOnboarding#50 and Consent PDF export truncates at 1 page StanfordSpezi/SpeziOnboarding#49)
Adds HIPAA consent form
Uploads both IRB consent and HIPAA consent to Firebase
