Creates a log viewer for debugging
This PR creates a log viewer that can be used to see operating system logs within the app. This is helpful for debugging. The logs can also be shared by users with the development team if they are encountering issues and need help.
This will be encapsulated into a Spezi module and incorporated in the Spezi Template Application in the future.
