Objective
Simplify examples by removing the unnecessary custom font. Our usage of this font file predates a font being included in Bevy, and none of our usages of it require glyphs beyond what Bevy provides.

I'd like to rework example text to increase contrast and move it out of worldspace and into an absolutely positioned ui node where possible, but in a future PR.
