Updated some translations to make more sense in English and added a few new translations.
Also updated the code to translate the map names in the interface.
I would like to suggest that the .po and .pot localisation source files be removed from the .gitignore as well so that contributors can more easily contribute to the translation and see what changes are being made to the translations in commits.
