Hello!

Is it possible to have the report command relay to discord?

If so, is it possible to send it to certain users/ranks on discord?

I'm not happy with the current implementation of /report; it's pretty much useless in its current form. This is likely one of the things I'll be implementing, but it requires some other stuff, like the Discord bot recognizing ranks and/or users.

Implement staff channel for Discord

Discord staff channel will receive reports, but won't send or receive messages from the game. It can also be used for commands.
Discord will only relay messages from its main channel, rather than any it can read.
Implements StarryPy#60.
