Once the managed db is deployed to dev #1173 in the hive-system namespace the hive-metastore helm-chart will have to be configured to use the db instead of mariadb (which is a helm-dependency, that will be removed).

No longer blocked. Database has been created via Terraform.

Successfully connected postgres db to hive chart. Using custom docker image in contrib containers (temp location). Confirmed metadata is stored in the postgres managed db using pgadmin under the public schema.
