The version 1.3.3 of react-uwp causes a problem with UI
It makes all window darker and create a circle of luminosity around the cursor

Here UI builds with react-uwp version 1.2.31

Maybe it needs some adaptation in code to keep the old UI or maybe it's choice.

For me it always has been like the bottom picture (highlight ui items)

If you install the release available on the SteamGridDB website or in the Github releases it's showing like the first image.
It's this visual on the SteamGridDB website screenshots too
