да, этот флаг нужен, чтобы отображать только закешированные курсы (требуется для отображения закешированных CourseList-ов, чтобы не кидались лишние запросы)

Исправили отображение курсов в кешированных списках
Описание:
Из-за того, что в
CourseListPresenterобновляем кеш в блокеdidSet, кеш перезатирался на пустой. Теперь обновляем его вручную и только тогда, когда данные в памяти актуальнее, чем кешированные.
