Задача: #APPS-1835

Коротко для Release Notes, в формате «Сделали/Добавили/Исправили N»:
Исправили отображение курсов в кешированных списках

Описание:
Из-за того, что в CourseListPresenter обновляем кеш в блоке didSet, кеш перезатирался на пустой. Теперь обновляем его вручную и только тогда, когда данные в памяти актуальнее, чем кешированные.

Пока не запускал, но по коду ОК

да, этот флаг нужен, чтобы отображать только закешированные курсы (требуется для отображения закешированных CourseList-ов, чтобы не кидались лишние запросы)
