This has already been reported to the dist, with a backref to #39.

kenahoo/Path-Class#55

The question for Strawberry Perl is whether we should skip this test or try to fix the issue. My view is we can skip that test.

CPANPLUS fails to build locally, disable for now.  #64

Alien::Libxml2: set PKG_CONFIG_DIR. #71

Other test files are disabled on a per file basis.
Most of these pass on a local copy of the build.
Includes #65, #66, #67, #68 and #73
