angular needs an update?

in the strider browser console i see this bug angular/angular.js#5069 which was fixed in angular/angular.js@e6521e7 which landed in https://github.com/angular/angular.js/releases/tag/v1.3.0-beta.11

i am not sure what else this affects, although i am having issues with angular in the webhooks config

Sounds worth an update. Would you be able to test this and verify nothing
breaks and submit at PR? Would be a great contribution!

I updated angular but the error messages persist -- it also doesn't affect Strider-CD/strider-webhooks#4

problem was not with angular and if it aint broke dont fix it ;)
