change the grunt config for the issue #80 #81

After the switch to grunt/browserify/uglify, the fix in #80 no longer works. This pull request reuses the commit in #80 and updates the grunt configuration to ensure that the license comment (starting with /*! for the minifiers) makes its way to the final dist files.

This part is more docs than license, so IMHO it doesn't make sense to have it in license_header.js.
