Can't read footnotes in dark mode

The last two lines before Chapter 4 are basically unreadable in dark mode. This
requires an update to the CSS.

@julian-cable The Footnote update PR #560 has updated the URL from normal text to ulink.
By this you can see them in dark Mode.

All footnotes has css issue in dark mode.
For example:-

The [5] number is visible in the light mode, but not in the dark mode.

We can fix css issues by updating publican-brand-redhat package.
If we have our own repo for the publican brand package then we can create this issue in that repo and update the package to resolve this css issues.

We can temporary resolve this issue by updating css in the brand package manually.
