Add audience statement to home page

As part of the planned migration to redhat.com, add a statement to the home page to explain the audience for this guide.

This action is a prerequisite from the Red Hat web team for migrating the site to redhat.com.

This guide is the official style guide for technical documentation for Red Hat training and certification content, including how to write for global audiences and translation, common mistakes to avoid, rules for everyday punctuation, and grammar.

An “Audience” statement is really useful. I have a suggested revision for the first sentence/paragraph. The current sentence is quite long, and I think it makes sense to mention the usage dictionary as a key element of the content. I also re-ordered the content list to roughly follow the order in the guide (and made the list items more parallel).

This guide is the official style guide for Red Hat training and certification content. It includes everyday punctuation and grammar, common mistakes to avoid, strategies for translation and global audiences, and a word usage dictionary.
