• When the bot starts, it will now look through the #mod-ideas-list channel and catch up with all reactions which were added while the bot was offline.
• If the author of a mod idea is changed, the rating cast by the new author on that mod idea is removed.
• When a mod idea embed is rebuilt, all base reactions are re-added.
