There is no “Host Groups” permission in CS. Just Hosts.

This may have been a recent change as a prospect provided this feedback.

Purpose of this pull request

This pull request is to update the CS docs and remove a piece of information that states we need to configure host groups in the CS console. A prospect provided feedback that there are no "host groups" only hosts in the console.

Select the type of change:

• Minor Changes - Typos, formatting, slight revisions, .clabot
• [ X] Update Content - Revisions, updating sections
• New Content - New features, sections, pages, tutorials
• Site and Tools - Updates, maintenance, dependencies, new packages for the site (Docusaurus, Gatsby, React, etc.)
