Tray icon features #24

Now that we have a tray icon we can do quite a few things, here are some ideas:

Notifications
- Error notifications
- Dead thread notification
- Monitoring started notification
Context menu
- Add new thread
- Add new thread from clipboard
- Thread monitoring status for watched threads (in non-clickable menu item)
- Start/Stop webserver

What else could we add?

Error notifications would be a godsend when a thread stops unexpectedly
