The Chimp Bowling Minigame doesn't work in GLE V3

So I recently switched over to GLE V3 and I've started to have some problems with the Chimp Bowling Minigame. I added it to one of my galaxies and it just crashes when I select the mission the Chimp Minigame is in. I've set up everything correctly in ScenarioSettings and in the GameEventValueTable.
And it also works just fine in GLE V2.
I've also added it's animations in NPCAnimFunc.
The crash log states it's because of an NPC and the Chimp (TogepinAttackMan) is currently the only NPC in this galaxy.
I'm using the PAL version of SMG2.

My apologies!

After looking through the code I have located the error. It has now been fixed, so if you update your local GLE source and rebuild, it will be fixed.

Please let me know if it works or still breaks. If it still breaks then there's more than just the one issue that I fixed.
