The 2025-02-09 meeting was held on February 9th at 20:00 UTC on IRC.

- General consensus is trying to create a culture of fostering development and contributions in order to not have to use the budget.
- Usage of the budget will be heavily discussed before any purchases are made on a case-by-case basis.
2. State of multiplayer, player-to-player interactions, additional features required for 2P levels, or 2P-only focused levels.
Do we make a roadmap for this? Do we make this a 1.0+ priority?
- Multiplayer currently leaves a lot to be desired: better camera, networking, custom playable characters, different physics, player-to-player interactions, etc...
- Because local multiplayer is in a playable state currently, it will remain in the game as a base for improving 2P functionality.
- Remote multiplayer (with networking) will likely be a v1.0+ feature.
We can go about this in multiple ways, updating tutorials, hosting contests, commissions or prizes funded by the budget, concessions to those who contribute.
- Start a level design contest after v0.7 release.
- Weekly/monthly level design challenges might be considered.
- SnugglyBun has expressed she does not plan on joining the team currently.
- Eauix is currently inactive.
- tylerandari12 does not contribute enough content to the base game currently to be considered.
- allie might be considered in the future, since, according to them, with some practice they could do art contributions (art-style related stuff) and potentially music (soundfonts currently missing). They also have a good record of base-game contributions.
- FrostC was added to the SuperTux Team, because of their very good record of base-game contributions (art, Bonus Island 1 and Bonus Island 2), under the premise of level design, art, and (possibly, since they're taking C++ classes) coding contributions.

What can be put into a v0.7.1, v0.8 and "Future" milestone.
- General notice for team members to use the v0.7.0 milestone tagging feature to tag issues/PRs, so we can get a clear idea on what's needed for the next release!
- This was performed in the voice chat together with team members and some other contributors.
There are a lot of questions that people ask constantly, so it may be beneficial.

It was proposed in a team meeting they would be sitting on their own, but another proposal to consider would be for them to stay in the boxes and instead go to the player after being released, so you pretty much can't miss them after hitting the box? That way all the Tux Doll placements in existing levels won't get messed up while still having improved behaviour.

12. Prioritizing fixing #3105...
There's a lead with it not having shown up before v0.7 nightlies, and it may be caused by the PR that fixed Tux dying to rocks. This bug is incredibly important to fix and there seems to be little drive to actually fix it.

13. Should we currently focus on finishing, merging and reviewing more PRs, instead of making new ones?
The issue with more PRs being made than merged seems to have come back to some extent.
