autoscrolling-HTML-from-ELAN-file

this python3 script creates a HTML file with an autoscrolling window following the text from an ELAN file

reads two tiers out of an ELAN .eaf file and creates a basic autoscroll HTML window for it.

set input file
set output file
select two tier names, e.g. original and translation
pick offset to adjust the timestamps for the alignment
select the audio file in mp3 format
