  • blk.dat parallel parsing
  • SegWit support
  • Txid support
  • Separate building txid index (tx_map) from address and spent calculation

New runtime with SegWit parsing is 20 minutes. This is from a SATA 3 SSD, and is definitely bandwidth-constrained on my desktop.
