At the moment, screening used within a decision tree is reported via
nTreatDiagnostics even when used within an intervention (should come under
nMassScreenings or nCtsScreenings).

Reports from triggered deployments may also be incorrect(?).

To fix this, I suggest adding a boolean/integer output to CMDTOut (like
'treated' currently, but maybe as a count instead of a boolean), and report
outside of the decision tree.
