…ject on PyPi since we do not have access to the old whoosh project in PyPi.
…These files were probably removed for a reason and their function might be changed and implemented in a different way but for now I will be adding them back since all the tests now pass and some things seem to be needed. We can later remove them again if need be.
… repo since the original has been abandoned for a while and we modified it to attemtp to fix some issues it has with python 3.9+

This is a PR with a lot of changes but the main change is that we are renaming the repository and package/library to
whoosh-reloaded, the reason is so we can make releases and publish them to PyPi. I also fixed some tests that were broken and added some missing files that were needed by other things but for some reason were not present on the repository, some which contain some interesting features. If these files need to be removed later again, we can do so at any moment.
