This PR:

  • fix an issue* where mobs can't spawn on susy stone blocks.
  • replaces deprecated IWalkingSpeedBonus methods (which will be removed for ceu 2.9) with BlockUtility.setWalkingSpeedBonus method.
  • some other small refactors to SuSyStoneVariantBlock to match the ceu one.
  • fixes the bugged JEI display of Gravity Separator.
  • fixes Multi-Stage Flash Distiller not accepting energy hatches.

This PR is only tested in dev environment.

*I suppose this isn't intended.
