Update to Synapse 3 and added more config options

This Release is for the Upcoming Release of Synapse 2.7.0-pre-1.0 (Game Update 11.0.0-public beta)
It will most likely also run on Synapse 2.6.0 but I recommend to wait until later this day when Synapse 2.7.0 is released
It is also recommended backing up your roles and generate them new since the Inventory section was changed a little

Installation

1. Install Synapse
2. Place the AdvancedCustomRoles.dll file in your plugin directory
3. Restart/Start your server.
