Install on a shared hosting

Hi everyone, I'm looking for an alternative of Nextcloud to install on my shared hosting Ionos in order to backup/sync my personnal data.
I'm not really familiar with Docker or Node.js and I thing it's not possible to use on my shared hosting.
And I think it's not possible to install these tools on my Ionos space.
Is there any way to install as the old fashion way using SFTP/FTP and then run the sript ?

Hi @Daminoweb,
Sync-in is a server application that requires Node.js to run. It’s not a simple website you can deploy via FTP.
To use it, you would need a VPS, where you can install and run the required services.

OK that's pretty clear. I didn't read that it's an app requiring Node.js
May be I'm gonna change to the right hosting
