Description

The aim of this PR is to have some feedback on the tentative to have a working postgis for NAS Synology.

The current issue is that postgis installation relies on the pg_config binary to identify the postgresql directory. As postgresql is the cross compiled version, not sure how to have pg_config (cross compiled version) working...

Current error is :

/usr/local/postgis/bin/pg_config: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.1.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
configure: error: the PGXS Makefile cannot be found. Please install the PostgreSQL server development packages and re-run configure.
