fix: refine GPRs in Coenzyme A metabolism

Main improvements in this PR:

This PR improves GPRs of CoA metabolism, as proposed by #502:

• modify MAR04727 to irreversible, and remove its extracellular version MAR08990
• empty GPR of MAR04716 because it has no known enzyme identified, and also remove ENSG00000161860 from the model
• remove ENSG00000157881 from all existing GPRs, and add to MAR08792

I hereby confirm that I have:

• Tested my code on my own computer for running the model
• Selected develop as a target branch
• Any removed reactions and metabolites have been moved to the corresponding deprecated identifier lists
