Improve the usability aspect of TEAMMATES.

1. Preventing regular users from being overwhelmed with advanced features.
2. Improving mobile-friendliness, e.g. making UIs still presentable in different screen sizes.
3. Improving usability, e.g. reducing number of clicks or distance to navigate by mouse/touch.
4. Providing context-specific help, e.g. tooltips, links to relevant documentation.
5. Improving user guide.
6. Reducing brittleness of documentation, e.g. reducing the likelihood of documentation going out of sync with the actual app behavior.
